We met briefly while Joe and Faye were out walking one afternoon. We only talked briefly but could tell they were a very nice couple and a great addition to our neighborhood. It saddens us that we didn´t get to know Joe better. Our condolences to Faye and her family for their loss.

We enjoyed brief conversations with Joe as he biked through his new neighborhood in Virginia Beach. Our condolences to his wife Faye and family. We are sad that Joe´s time in Arthur Park was so limited.
