Joyce D. Hagan Thacker, 82, of Richmond, passed away December 3, 2025. She was preceded in death by her beloved father, James C. Hagan Jr. and mother, Vivian D. Hagan.
Surviving are three devoted sons, Carl (Kathy), Vincent, and Christopher Thacker. Her legacy continues through her cherished five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, loving cousins, a host of other relatives and friends.
Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd. where viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, December 11, 2025. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, December 12 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Dr. Lindsay Bryant officiating. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
