With love to Kay´s children and grandchildren and brother WAYNE. I´m thinking about all of you and remembering that Kay planned and gave me a surprise 16th birthday party in the pretty finished basement of the family home on Nottoway . My Daddy and her Dad, Cooper, knew about it, and my Dad came over and danced with me. Her giving and loving way goes back to when we were so young, and I won´t forget that day.

Kay was my best friend growing up on Nottoway Avenue. I´ve always thought of her and last saw her at Raymond´s funeral. Bless her heart and her children´s and grandchildren´s. Love to them and WAYNE.

My deepest sympathy goes to Kay's family. I had spoken of Kay to my father, Herman Walker, recently and wondered how she was doing. I have many fond memories of Kay with shared family vacations with her parents and the Spicers while growing up.
