Larry was a great classmate and a very talented musician. One of my fondest memories, I talk about all of the time, is when Larry and I lived at the Roundtop Apts. in Petersburg. Larry occupied the apt directly above me and my newlywed wife and brand new baby. Larry had an organ and held a musical concert nightly. My wife would send me up to his apartment to ask him to keep the noise down, but being a singer myself, I would wind up joining the concert, especially when he would be playing "The love that I lost" by Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes " which he played nightly ! Lol ! Rest in Peace, my Trojan Brother !
