I have so many fond memories of Ro.. Easy to like and enjoyable to be around. Like Dewey, we all spent time talking about VCU basketball. From watching practices at Franklin St to the enjoyment of a roadtrip, or discussing music or TDC, life in general and our families. Ro had the gift of gab.
I'm very sorry for your loss, Barbara. You two seemed to be not only happily married, but the best of friends. Please take solace in the fact that Someone remembered never truly dies. Ro will live on in our thoughts and memories.

He could tell you the artist and year of any 50´s and 60´s song. He and I were present at many of the VCU basketball highlights (beating host Louisville in the first round of the Metro tournament comes to mind).
But our friendship grew beyond basketball. Debbie and I meeting Larry and Barbara at Applebees on Friday, Larry and I walking in American Heart Walk,.....There are so many memories and I pray that they, and knowing he has taken his place in the kingdom of God ,will be a source of comfort to all his friends and family.

Always a nice guy and. Ram fan. Larry was in my older brother´s class at TJ. Remember him being a good basketball player and always a gentleman on and off the court. RIP Ram brother.
