Maxine Wright Obituary

WRIGHT, Maxine Andedrson, 102, of Henrico, died December 18, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Wright, Sr. Surviving are her son, Frank A. Evans, Jr.; two daughters, Jean Evans Jones and Joan E. Gentry; seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Friday, December 29 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, December 30 at First African Baptist Church, 2700 Hanes Ave. Dr. Rodney Waller, officiating. Interment Riverview Cemetery.
