We were very saddened to hear of the sudden loss of our neighbor Mike. He was thoughtful, kind and considerate to an elderly couple in so many ways, whether it was providing us with generator power during an outage, building a birdhouse and placing it where we could view the songbirds from inside our home or a wind vane and anemometer where we could see which way the wind was blowing and how fast - just to mention a few. We cannot imagine the loss and devastation felt by Kristi and all of his survivors. Our sincere condolences to the family.

Still in shock over this sudden and profound loss. Mike was the best of the best. So much fun to be around and he saw the good and brought out the good in those around him. Deepest condolences to his family and to all who will miss him dearly. So sad!

Our hearts are both heavy and very saddened at the loss of our very close and dear friend. We will cherish forever the memories of his quips, his laughter, his smiles, and his ever helpings hands. We have lost another outstanding member of our little "piece of paradise" at Mobjack Bay and especially at our Saturday evening get togethers, but he will NEVER be forgotten. Rest In Peace, our dear friend and brother, with your toes in the sand looking out at the aqua seas in front of you. We will miss you.
