Michael Rountrey Obituary

He was the son of J. Edward Rountrey and Mary Elizabeth Sneed Rountrey. He is survived by his siblings, Kitty Snow, Parks Rountrey, Mary Toombs (Davis), and Edward Rountrey (Barbara), Nieces and Nephews: Patrick Spraker, Anne Shultz, Molly Walker (Jonathan), Emily Watkinson (David), Adam Rountrey (Melanie), Sara Berger (Malik), Michael Toombs, James Rountrey, and many wonderful cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Mike's priorities in life were his family, his long career as a commercial real estate appraiser, and his core group of friends from his days at Randolph-Macon College. A celebration of life will be held in January (details to be announced later). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Randolph-Macon College, PO Box 5005, Ashland, VA 23005.
