October 27, 1925 - July 30, 2024
Departed this life July 30th, 2024. Mrs. Ophelia Ann Booker, age 98, of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband Louis H. Booker; one daughter Almeade Meredith; and three sons William, Walter & Ronnie Booker. She is survived by three daughters Linda Booker, Shirley Lawson and Lillie Booker; three sons Charlie(Leola), Jerome and Larry(Donna) Booker; 24 grandchildren; a host of great and great-great grandchildren; one sister Barbara Lee Harris; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends.
Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mrs. Booker can be viewed Thursday August 15th, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and where funeral services will be held Friday August 16th at 11 a.m. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45 a.m. Friday.
