P. Drudge Obituary

P. Linwood Drudge peacefully passed away on October 19, 2005. He was preceded in death by his wife, Winnie W. Drudge. He is survived by two daughters, Dale D. Northington and her husband, Marshall and Susan D. Collier and her husband, Braxton; a son, S. Paul Drudge and his wife, Patti; four grandsons, Stephen B. and Douglas B. Collier and Tyler P. and Eric P. Drudge; and one sister, Phyllis A. Drudge of Buffalo, N.Y. Mr. Drudge was a retired executive vice-president of The C.F. Sauer Company and a longtime member of Northside Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the Bliley Funeral Homes' Staples Mill Chapel, 8510 Staples Mill Road, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and where funeral services will be held Saturday, 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

The only hero I ever had in my life was my father, PLD. I miss him deeply but now I know he is free of pain and suffering and no longer confined to a physical body the could not longer keep up with him. Miss you and love you
