Pamela Eleanor Sheldon

SHELDON, Pamela Eleanor, 55, went to her eternal rest on August 31, 2023. She was the daughter of Judith Poole (Bill) and Rev. James Sheldon (Marcia). Survivors include her son, Michael Arciero; daughter, Elizabeth Pedregal(Alex); sister, Lt. Col. Meredith Morris (Jeff); and step-sisters, Christine Elmore (Mike) and Mary VanScyoc (Jim). Pam was well read, loved British movies, and was a great cook known for her frog eye salad. She kept every conversation lively with her spontaneous, wicked sense of humor and contagious laugh. In spite of many health challenges, she kept a positive outlook and left the rest to Jesus.

A funeral service will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 8100 Shady Grove Rd., Mechanicsville, VA. on September 16th with visitation at 10 a.m. and service at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Bluefield, VA. In lieu of flowers, Pam would have preferred donations be made to Richmond Animal Care and Control, 1600 Chamberlayne Ave, Richmond, VA 23222 in her memory.
