Hi Jerry,
I remember many of the fun times we had way back when. Going to each others homes for parties or just sitting around talking. We have had many good times at your uncles cabin, and camping in the front yard. As the children started coming, we just got involved in our on lives, and fail to keep in touch, but still having ya'll in our hearts.
Jerry, be strong, because I know Pat saw you as her hero. You have always been there for her, giving her anything she wanted and needed.
God bless you and Johnny.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Pat, we love and miss you already very much. Pat meant a great deal to me growing up in Richmond, and she would always pick me up and take me to the mall...I would stay at her house all the time...I remember all the times Pat would throw her arm up in fromt of me when she had to hit the brakes in the car. And for all of the fun times...from our Christmas wedding in Pat's living room by the tree in 1984...boat outings on the Lake...and the trip to Niagara Falls, among others. We know that you are in a better place, and at peace. To Jerry and Johnny, we love you and think about you all the time too. Pat will always be with us. I'm sorry I couldn't be there at this time, but I remember all the good times and the good things, including your smile and your laugh...and the way you would yell..."Johneeeeeee!!!" at the top of your voice when you were calling him. From your loving sister Barb, Steve, Carrieann, and Chris.
