Patricia "Cissy" Randall

1946 - 2025

Pat passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 3, 2025.

Born on June 13, 1946, in Athens, Georgia, to Jerry M. Fleming and Martha A. Oldham Fleming, Pat grew up in the cities of Suffolk and Norfolk, in Virginia. She later enjoyed living in various rural areas of Virginia and Georgia. Since 2021, she resided at St. Mary's Woods Retirement Community in Richmond.

Pat's most precious gifts, her two daughters, were her best friends. She liked to say that she and the girls grew up together. Amy and Lori are heartbroken at the loss of their Mama.

Pat will be remembered for her classy personal style, love of choir singing, decorating flair, original and thoughtful poems, and her love for her birth state of Georgia.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents and many dear relatives and friends. She is survived by Amy Parsons (Bill) Roper and Lori Parsons (Jesus) Santiago, and her grandchildren and their families: Hope and Cyrah; Joseph and Tina; Adam and Renee; Miguel, Molly, Ruben and Elias; Emily, Daniel, and Kayleigh; and Quinn. Also left to cherish her memory is Amy's and Lori's father, Jerald W. Parsons.

We thank our extended family, friends, and St. Mary's Woods residents for their prayers, love, and wishes for peace over the last months. We are deeply grateful for the angels on Earth who are the St. Mary's Woods staff for caring for our mother as if one of their own.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2025, in the chapel at St. Mary's Woods Retirement Community, 1257 Marywood Lane, Richmond, VA. A service will also be held in Georgia on a future date.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to either St. Mary's Woods Retirement Community, At Home Care Hospice, or a charity close to your heart.
