Patrick Lowell Brewer, 74, of St. Petersburg, Fla., passed away on April 2, 2025.

He was born on August 26, 1950, in Hagerstown, Md.

Pat was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Lowell Brewer and Hilda Joyce Brewer; and his brother, Eric Scott Brewer.

Left to cherish his memory and legacy are his wife of 54 years, Elizabeth Catherine Brewer; his son, Christopher (Buzz) Lowell Brewer (Kelly) of New Kent; his grandsons, Colton Lowell Brewer and Weston Robert Brewer of New Kent; and his brothers, Michael Glen Brewer and Curtis Lee Brewer.

Pat graduated from South Hagerstown High School in 1968. He started his career at Noland company, working in Florida, South Carolina and then Richmond, Va., where he built a home in Old Church. He then worked for Sydnor Hydro and Grinnell Corp before starting Dominion Pipe & Supply in 1987. Through relentless hard work and determination, he built Dominion Pipe into one of the top supply houses in the Richmond area, later selling to Hughes Supply in 1997. In 2007, he helped his son start Brewco Pipe & Supply, where he retired in 2010.

Pat was truly a kind and compassionate man who loved and valued his family and friends. He was also an avid boater, who loved being on the water. He enjoyed boating in Turks and Caicos, the St. Pete and Tampa area, and his favorite, the Chickahominy River with his family and friends. He also enjoyed concerts, traveling and sporting events. He was there when his beloved Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team won back-to-back Stanley Cup Championships.
