I will always remember Paul for his smiles, sense of humor and easy going manner, he was never in a hurry. I learned a lot from him on how important life really is. I will miss him.

I met Paul Gaskin in Gaithersburg, MD. I was convinced from the first moment, that he was a special person and that his love for Tonie was powerful. I knew I would never have to worry about her again. He loved my brother as his own and always had respect for our feelings. I Will miss him always. Especially the way he made me laugh.

I will miss the Sailor tales we had to share and how much you cared about my family. I pray the good Lord has you in his arms and he also will enjoy a thoughtful sea story as much as I did. Love you bunches, your friend and shipmate, Penny

Paul was the love of my life and taught me how to love. He stole my heart and will always have it with him. He was my reason for living. He promised he would always come home to me when he went to sea. Now it is my turn to say that I will come home to him when it is time to end my journey.
