"Bobby" Robert Webb Wooten departed this life and went to Heaven on June 17, 2024, at the age of 68, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest.
As his final wish, Bobby requested that his family and friends gather in celebration of his life. Please join us on July 20th at Center of the Universe Brewing Company in Ashland, VA from 1-5pm for food, refreshments, and merriment. RSVP at https://everloved.com/life-of/robert-wooten/obituary/

I lived with Bobby for a couple of years In Rockville VA when we were in our early 20s. We had a lot of wild parties out there and we had a lot of fun together. Bobby was fun and one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to know. He was also the best man at my wedding. I will always miss him.

Bobby was such a joy to be around. I knew him and his sister, Lori, from High School. Later he worked for my dad (Vernon Rice) at Royal Oldsmobile and my dad thought the world of him. He even visited Bobby at Costco in Wilmington on one of our trips down there. I will always remember his smiles and his humor. He never met a stranger. My prayers are with the whole family for peace and remembrance of many wonderful memories.
