Her graveside ceremony will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Greenlawn Cemetery, 17623 Lakewood Rd. Bowling Green, VA 22427 with Pastor Jeff Poythress officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to a charity of your choice.

She was always there if I needed to talk to someone when I was young. I couldn't talk to my mother so she was like a 2nd mother to me. She understood me where my mother didn't. I miss her & Uncle Gene even though I know I will see them again. Love you dearly Aunt Ruby & hearing you sing Patsy Cline's "I go out walking in the moonlight" or " I Fall to Pieces". There will never be another like you, those young years were fun. Thank you!

I worked with Ruby at the Italian kitchen back in the early 90's. She was so nice. Prayers for you and the family.
