Terry Dale Cavet

CAVET, Terry Dale, age 69, died May 3, 2023, after a short illness. She is survived by her husband, James Cavet; children, Carlos and Milagros Cavet; stepsons, Jackie and Billy Cavet; brother, Michael Dale (Becky); uncle, Robert Dale; friend, Leslie Calambro (Al); cousins, nieces, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was predeceased by her parents, James and Shirley Dale; uncle, Donald Dale; and aunt, Dorothy Warren.

Terry worked as a registered nurse at St. Mary's and Children's Hospital for 23 years. As a volunteer for Medical Care for Children, she fostered numerous medically needy children from the Dominican Republic, Honduras and Guatemala, even after she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

A service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 9, at Grace Baptist Church, 4200 Dover Rd. The family will receive friends at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Hollywood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriners Hospital Boston or Grace Baptist Benevolence Fund. Arrangements are by the Central Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home.
