ADAMS, Warner Flemming, Jr., Today, the greatest generation lost one of its own.

Warner Adams, of Short Pump, departed this life January 5, 2021, peacefully at home, surrounded by his large loving family. Warner was preceded in death by the love of his wife, Lois Katherine; and his son, Jerry Wayne. Warner is survived by six children, daughters, Priscilla, Wanda and their families; sons, Calvin, Gary, Preston, Stevie and their families. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Warner served in the Army during World War II in the Pacific Theater. Those who knew Warner knew he loved spending time with his family. He loved fishing with his boys, music, dancing, talking with his friends and he loved his adventures with his daughters. He lived, loved and enjoyed life to the fullest. He truly was the richest man many people ever knew. He will be missed by so many. Private family graveside service Saturday, January 9, 2021, in Berea Baptist Church Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, January 24, 2021, at 1077 Crewsville Road, Bumpass, Va. 23034.
