Wayne S. Leslie was born on February 24th, 1948 in Winterpock, VA. He was called home on January 18th, 2026. He is preceded in passing by his parents, Gordon and Frances Leslie; brother, Herbert Leslie; and sister, Ada Hughs. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Linda C. Leslie; sons, John Wayne Leslie (Pamela), Dean S. Leslie (Kimberly); stepson, Christopher S. Collie; and five grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 5 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 27th, 2026, at Bliley's Chippenham. A graveside service will be held the next day at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 28th, 2026 at Dale Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Crater Community Hospice.
