Wei Woo Obituary
He is preceded in death by his father, Quin Chon Woo; his mother, Goon Mae Gon; his sister, Suie Wah "Susie" Woo; and Wei Yuen "Harry" Woo
Pete is survived by his sons, Matthew Woo and Micah Woo; his sister, Sui K "Katie" Woo; his brother, William Hong Woo; his longtime partner, Linda Hendricks; as well as his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pete was a loving and caring father, brother, uncle and partner, always putting his loved ones needs ahead of his own. Always a curious mind, Pete kept up to date with the latest in sports and world events, often times blasting his TV loud enough for the whole house to hear. As an avid golfer, Pete could always be found on the golf course. Not one to avoid the heat, Pete's favorite time to golf was on the hottest of days of summer (the course was always empty). His love of travel slowed down as he got older, but he and Linda spent countless hours in Williamsburg and Virginia Beach; he always managed to get at least one golf day in on those trips. Pete will be missed by all that knew him.
Family and friends will be received at Bliley's Funeral Home, 3801 Augusta Ave., Richmond, Va. 23230, on Friday, March 17, 2023 from 2 to 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network at pancan.org.

I worked with Pete years ago at Blue Cross. He was one of the nicest people I ever worked with. He always had a smile and was ready to help out when needed. I played some golf with him when he was taking up the game. And he would smile through all the crazy frustrations that game can bring. He was a great guy.

I've known and been friends with Pete more than half my life. We went to college together, worked together and enjoyed one another's company....no words.
