A good person gone too soon. I knew William from 12th grade government class. We had a good time in that class. RIP, my friend.

William was a student in my English class when I taught at Lee-Davis High School. I'm so sorry to read this.

My sincere condolences to Mae, Sue and family. My siblings and I hold fond memories of playing with Billy when we would visit at Cousin William's and Sea's home in Mechanicsville. We used to accompany our grandparents, Alice Ellis and Charles Holloway to 2nd Union Church Cemetery every Memorial Day and would visit Cousin William and Sea afterwards. On some occasions, my grandfather would set up the grill in the yard and we would cook out. My mother was recently sharing how she enjoyed the visits.
