There are no words to explain how much I miss you both! It's so different when you have an aunt that is your friend too! I wish we would have spent more time together these past couple of years, but you may have been far in distance but not far at all from my heart. I will do all that I can to make sure that your children are at peace, continue to bond and grow, and live life to the fullest just as you would have done! Love You Always!

To the Family:

We will always remember Zina's infectious smile and laughter. She used to stop by the house from time to time just to say hello. It was a shock to hear of her and Shaakira's passing. Know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

"Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfst spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me."

To the family of one of my dear childhood friends( Zina ). Remember that memories are a blessing. Keep the memories of her alive in the way you walk, talk, and keep your head up. Keep her memories strong through quiet moments, joyous occassions, and continued events that you use to share together. She was such a lovely person, and the memories I have of her are strong life strengthing moments. Growing up in church at Sixth Baptist was a learning experience for us both. I am sure it made her a stronger person for it , as it has me. Please keep her memories strong- As a mother - Mothers do everything for their families so that they can grow strong and handle whatever life brings. Stay strong! She loved her family and I know she would want everyone to stay strong and keep the best of memories going. Bless you all!!

To My Family Members:

We extend our sincere condolences to all of you in this your hour of trial.

The bible says, "Watch you, therefore for we know not the day nor the hour

when the Son of Man, comes!" For all we know, any one of us could be next.

Meanwhile, be still, prayerful, encouraged! Jesus said, whosoever shall call on the Name

of the Lord, shall be saved (Acts 2:21). We are interceding...calling on Him for you!

"GOD SAW"
God saw the road was getting rough,

The hills were hard to climb.

He gently closed those defenseless eyes And whispered----
"Peace Be Thine"
The weary hours and uncertain days of pain and confusion,

The sleepless nights are passed.

The ever sad worn out frames

Has fond sweet rest at last,

God saw that both of you were getting weary.

So He did what He knew best,

He came and stood beside you;

And whispered "Zena and Shaakira, Come and Rest!"
neither bid anyone a last farewell,

Not even a warm good-bye.

You were gone swiftly, before we knew it,

And only God knows why.
