Amanda Sue (Watkins) Parker, 41, of Hillsboro, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at her home.
She was born Aug. 21, 1976 in Wilmington, the daughter of Richmond and Holly (Walls) Watkins.
She was a member of the Realife Church in Hillsboro and was a member of the Praise and Worship Team. She was also a longtime Girl Scout leader.
On Feb. 11, 1996, in Martinsville, she married her husband, Michael L. Parker, who survives.
She is also survived by her father, Richmond Watkins of Hillsboro; her mother, Holly (Greg) Charlesworth of Miamisburg; three children, Hannah Marie Parker, Samantha Leigh Parker and Jessica Rose Parker; her maternal grandmother, Marion Eileen Walls of Wilmington; her parents-in-law, Darrell and Rosetta Parker of New Salisbury, Ind.; and her best friend, Jacquie Skidmore of Milford.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Richard Leon Walls; paternal grandmother, Viola Grace Watkins; paternal grandfather, James Watkins; and an uncle, Patrick Allen Walls.
A funeral service for Amanda will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 5 at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Pastor Anthony Skipworth will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Realife Church, 230 W. South St., Hillsboro, Ohio 45133.

I know it must be fantastic being with Jesus! Although family and friends miss Mandy's contagious smile , we know that she is loving living in the Glory.
There is no impatience in heaven, and she is excitingly waiting for the circle to be unbroken. For the great joy set ahead! Love to Holly and the rest of Mandy's family and friends. The enemy ultimately loses.
