Barbara Boris Obituary
Barbara Nora Keyford Boris, 93, of Hillsboro, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2023, at Salyer's Adult Group Home.
She was born the daughter of the late Arthur and Nora Lawrence Keyford in Devonport, England.
She grew up in Bath, England. Barbara was a member of the Hillsboro Church of Christ and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees Chapter 2230. She enjoyed painting, knitting and reading. She also breed dogs and had a love for nature and flowers.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Nickolas Boris; children, Grant Nickolas Boris and Noreen Kaye Nordman; and grandson, Timothy Boris Jr.
She is survived by her children, Robert (Cynthia) Arthur Boris of Alabama, Jennifer (Ben) Diane Badgley of Georgia, Martin (Angela) Scott Boris of New Vienna, Timothy (Linda) Paul Boris of Hillsboro, David (Judy) Edwin Boris of Hillsboro and Angelica Renee Boris of Mt. Orab and Michael (Rebecca) John Boris of Wilmington; 30 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. at Auburn Cemetery.
Memorial donations can be made in Barbara's name to the Hillsboro Church of Christ, 155 W. Walnut St., Hillsboro, Ohio 45133.
