Dennis J. Oliver

Dennis J. Oliver, 62, fiance of Patricia Landis, passed away on Tuesday November 22, at Lankenau Hospital with his family by his side. Mr. Oliver was born in Norristown on December 20, 1948 and was the son of the late Chief James and Geraldine Oliver of East Norriton. Mr. Oliver was a graduate of Bishop Kenrick High School. Dennis enjoyed boating, being with his grandchildren and driving the convertible that he always wanted. He was employed for many years by St. Jude Medical as a Pacemaker representative In addition to his fianc Pat, he is also survived by his two daughters; Tara (Matt) Dutton and Tracey (Jim) Watson, two step children; David Landis (Jacquie) and the late Jodie Morales (Angel Sr.), five grandchildren; Cole, Max, Korinne, Connor, and Kayla, seven step grandchildren; Ava, Alex, Trenton, Angel Jr., Marissa, Jordan and Cameran, two brothers James (Judy) Oliver, Esq., of East Norriton and John Oliver of Bethesda, MD as well as many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to Dennis's Life Celebration Service on Saturday November 26, from 10 to 11:55 AM at Boyd-Horrox of East Norriton 200 West Germantown Pike 1-800-GIVNISH. Funeral service will begin at 12 noon at the funeral home. Interment will be at St. Patrick's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dennis's name can be made to The Harry P.
