Doris was my mothers best friend. They grew up together as sisters since they were both only children. Even though she lived in Methacton school district her father made it possibly for her to go to Norristown to be with my mother all the way through High School. I grew up with her in my life. My mother and her went on many Tauck trips together and spoke every night at 1130pm. Doris was a wonderful, giving person who always went out of her way to help others. She is finally at peace and perhaps once together with my mother in Heaven.

Doris was a lovely woman. I appreciated her sense of humor, her dedication and her humility.
