Elizabeth Barboni

Mary Elizabeth Barboni (nee Lewis) of Norristown, passed away peacefully on Saturday January 7, 2023, with family by her side. She was 94 years old. Born January 28, 1928 in Hatfield, PA, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Katie (nee Nace) Lewis, and the beloved wife of the late M. Edward Barboni. Mary Elizabeth was the proud owner and operator of Norristown Memorials for over 40 years. Mary Elizabeth is survived by her two children; Elizabeth D'Angelo (Larry) and M. Edward Barboni, III (Sharon), two grandchildren; Daniel Barboni (Rachel) and Gina Ellis (Christian), and her great granddaughter Aurora. Relatives and friends are invited to share in Mary Elizabeth's Life Celebration on Friday January 20, from 10 AM to 10:50 AM at Boyd-Horrox-Givnish of East Norriton, 200 West Germantown Pike, 610-277-7000. Her Funeral Service will begin at 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery.
