My deepest sympathies go out to Joan´s family. I met her while cleaning a home next to her....it started with "hi, what are you doing over there?" I told her my name is Kate and I´m cleaning the place. Boom! A riendship began. Long talks, lunches, cleaning for her, etc... She even snuck over to Margate to watch my wedding on the beach without me knowing. I stopped in to see her that nite just because she wanted to see me. She was truly that happy for me....that was Joan! Full of life, love and a feisty old girl! You will be missed my friend. Ocean City and 2nd Street are not the same without you! I know you´re happy and at peace now. Love you! Kate
