Margaret Ann Andraka

1931 - 2014

Margaret Andraka of Norristown Margaret (Peggy) Ann Andraka, December 4, 1931-November 15, 2014, passed away peacefully in Norristown, PA, where she lived for over sixty years. Born in Pittsburgh to her now deceased parents, Walter and Gratha Winterbottom, she was raised and educated in Conshohocken, a graduate of Conshohocken High. Dr. Walter Winterbottom (Jean), now deceased, and David Winterbottom (Beth)--Georgia, her brothers. Beloved husband, Thomas (Tom), preceded her in death (2013). Following high school, Peggy worked for P.S.F.S. and later for CE Minerals in accounting. The bright lights in her life were her five children and twelve grandchildren: Michelle Bervik (Kevin-Colorado: Trevor, Alex, Reid), Scott Andraka (Michelle Kiefer-North Carolina: Lauren Andraka, Becky Kiefer, Vickie Kiefer), Doug Andraka (Pamela-King of Prussia, PA: Trent, Emma, Luke), Karen Buck (George-New York: Christopher, Andrew), Robin Wrobleski (David-Indiana: Karlee, Kayla, Alec). Peggy was active and vibrant throughout her life, tirelessly raising a family, volunteering, working fulltime until her retirement, and socializing with friends. Her passion, besides sharing the latest article and devouring countless books, was spending time with her children and grandchildren which she enjoyed to the end. Her family will miss the shot-caller for Team Andraka--love you, Mom!
