It has been a year now and we all talked about our buddy Bill when our new fingerling trout came this week. He was always there to help. We missed You BILL!

I have so many fond memories of Bill from our days of deer hunting and my visits to the Norris Hose fire company. I only recently learned of his passing and wish to extend my heartfelt sympathies to his friends and family.

"uncle bill" we may not have been blood but a great friendship has made us family! I have many fond memories of you from when I was a kid and when my boys were kids.I will always remember our great conversations we had at parties or holidays or just visiting! Please tell Nanny,Danny and the rest that we love them! There will never be another Uncle Bill,you were one of a kind! Love and miss you!

When I was a kid, my family lived on the same block of Cherry St as the Shraders. But it wasn't until the Stony Creek Anglers came along that I got to know Bill. He was the original member of the nursery committee. He took care of the feeding and cleaning from the start by himself. It was his penchant for falling into the pens that got me involved with the nursery and started a friendship that I have cherished. Because of Bill, I got to meet a lot of great people and became a part of a worthy cause. Quiet, kind, generous, Bill was a stand up guy. The likes of him don't come around that often. Rest peacefully, my friend.
