She enjoyed being a bookkeeper and was very proud that at one time she handled the business books along with various relative's and charity financial accounts at the same time.Medie was the Charter President of the Greater Vallejo Lioness Club. She loved her club and the great work all Lions Clubs did for the Vallejo community. She treasured hosting many dinners at her own home and formal events for her beloved Lions. She loved traveling with her husband, including internationally and many trips with the Lions community. She is predeceased by her parents and siblings, Hale (Irene) Chaney, Thomasene Chaney, Clifton Chaney, and Cora Belle (Harry) Harris, and her grandson, Geoffrey Fisher.
