Early Thursday morning, August 26, 2021, our mother Maureen passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family. She meant everything to us and will be deeply missed. She passed away with dignity and grace, just as she lived her whole life.Maureen spent most of her life in Vallejo. She graduated from St. Vincent's High School. She worked for the city of Vallejo for 32 years, starting as a clerk in the Water Department and working her way up to Computer Programmer. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Jim Sigler; parents, Morris Kelly and Frances Kelly Utter; son, Stewart James (Jimmy) in 1966; brothers, Mike and John; and sister, Gail.She is survived by daughter, Debra (David) Martinez, daughters, Kellee (John) Sisneros and Angelique Sigler; sister, Patricia Mateo; grandchildren, Sean Sigler, Suzanne Sigler, Shelby Dalby and Benjamin Sisneros; and great-grandchild, Brooklyn Sigler.She will be greatly missed and never forgotten. I'm so sorry to hear of Maureen's passing. I worked with her for many years at the City of Vallejo. She was always patient and kind with any type of problem that may come up. My heart goes out to the family.

I worked with Maureen at City Hall. I remember her as a lovely woman who never appeared to have a bad day.. Sorry to read of her passing. Debbie you, your sisters, and your families are in my prayers. Be well.
