Oscar Garcia Obituary
Oscar Jesus Garcia, 23, died tragically Monday, Fe. 11, in Vallejo.
Visitation will be held 6 to 9 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Twin Chapels Mortuary, 1100 Tennessee St., Vallejo, CA. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 20, also at Twin Chapels Mortuary. Burial will follow at Napa Valley Memorial Park, Napa.
