Timothy Craig Obituary
Timothy David Craig, a fifth generation Californian, was born on July 26, 1963, in Vallejo. He passed away at home from natural causes on Oct. 25, 2015. He was 52 years old. Tim attended Pennycook Elementary School, Springstowne Jr. High School, and graduated from St. Patrick's High School in 1981. He earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Science, at Devry Institute in 1984. Tim always earned top grades in school.
Other than his time in college, Tim lived his whole life in Vallejo. He was able to travel with his family to Hawaii, Mexico, and the British Isles. He worked for Pacific Bell, AT&T, Concord Naval Weapons Station, Mare Island, and Safeway, and later he enjoyed helping neighbors and friends with their computers. Tim had sharp, dry wit, a keen intellect, and loved animals. He could often be found at his computer enjoying online computer games. Despite his lifelong illness, Tim was able to provide companionship and support to his mother after his father died, to enjoy friends, pursue his hobbies, and spend time with his beloved pets.
Tim is survived by his mother, JoAnne Craig; sister, Kathy Craig (Russ Turnbull); brother, Stephen Craig (Sandy); nieces, Natalie and Julie Craig; nephew, Joseph (Sarah) Donato; great nephew, Zack Donato; great nieces, Izabella and Sophia Donato; uncles, David Bork, Albert (Kathy) Bork, Bill (Marilyn) Craig, and several cousins. His late father, Robert G. Craig, Jr. preceded him in death.
The Neptune Society of Northern California in Fairfield is handling inurnment.
A celebration of life service will be held at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Benicia, on Saturday, Nov. 7, at 11 a.m., with a reception to follow in the Parish Hall.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in Tim's memory to Insulin for Life, or Solano County Friends of Animals.

Timothy was a patient where i worked and i always enjoyed talking to him when he came in. He often said aloud what i would be nervous or afraid to say. He often made me laugh and i was so honored when i realized he liked me enough to share his point of view with me. I was so surprised and sad to hear he passed and i want his mom to know he is truly missed.
