He was my cousin from my mother side of the family. Lost contact years ago. He was always a happy man.

A mutual friend, Rick Young, introduced me to Billie in early 1970´s.
That season of life included the Vietnam war, gas lines, high inflation, higher interest rates and scary unemployment levels...especially for young adults hopeful of entering the work force with meaningful jobs.
Yet, Billy´s contagious " Cheerful Chuckle" always helped remind me to set aside the issues and challenges of the day and enjoy "The Moment" with friends and family.
Let´s all remember his contagious "Cheerful Chuckle" in this current season of life. May it help comfort now as it did back then.
Rest In Peace.
