Amanda Durkin Obituary
Amanda Lynn Durkin, 40, of Nanticoke, passed away at the Guardian Elder Care Center in Nanticoke after a long battle with cancer.
Born Oct. 14, 1980, in Portsmouth, Va., she was the daughter of Joseph and Cathy Cicero Senick, of Wapwallopen, and after graduating high school, she became a salesperson for the medical industry. Her greatest joy was being a Mom, helping other people and watching the Philadelphia Eagles.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Kalina Durkin; sisters, Tammy (Michael) Tasch, of Berlin, N.J.; Margret Durkin, of Mt. Laurel, N.J.; Jodiann (Brian) Burgit, of Shavertown; nieces and nephews; and her pets.
Funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 11, 2021, from the Andrew Strish Funeral Home, 11 Wilson St., Larksville.
Viewing will be held from 4 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
