Angela Rosaria Sadowski, 59, of West Pittston, died Tuesday morning, March 23, 2010, surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Pittston on May 10, 1950, Angie was a daughter of Joseph Falzone and the late Rita Alba Falzone, and the stepdaughter of Angeline Falzone. A graduate of Wyoming Area High School, Class of 1968, Angie continued her education at Empire Beauty School. Prior to her illness, she owned and operated Timeless Elegance Hair and Tanning Salon and Timeless Treasures. Angie truly enjoyed her work, often befriending her clients. She was a member of St. Rocco's Church, Pittston, and attended daily Mass. Angie loved decorating, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Preceding her in death are her mother, Rita, and her step-sister, Georgiana Evans. In addition to her father and stepmother, Angie is survived by her daughter, Nicole Reever and her husband, Scott, Wyoming; sister, Marie Morganti and her husband, Peter, West Pittston; brother Bill Falzone and his wife, Cindy, Wilkes-Barre; an aunt, Mary Alba, Pittston; uncles, Edward Falzone and Frank Falzone, upstate New York; her beloved dog Terence; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and numerous cousins. The family would like to thank Dr. Christian Adonizio and his staff, and also the staff at Mercy Hospice in Scranton for their support and attention to Angie's care. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Friday from Graziano Funeral Home, Pittston By-Pass, Pittston Township, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. from St. Rocco's Roman Catholic Church, Oak Street, Pittston, with celebrant Rev. Daniel Schwebs, O.S.J. Interment will follow at St. Rocco's Cemetery, Oak Street, Pittston Township.
