HARVEYS LAKE — Ann J. Adams, 90, of Harveys Lake, passed away peacefully with family at her side, on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2023, at Kingston Rehab and Nursing.
Born in Kingston, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Josephine Martin, and attended Kingston High School. Ann was the proud and loving mother of two, Paul and Laura, and spent all of her time raising her children and attending to her family.
She enjoyed gardening in the back yard, talking to the neighbors, and relaxing on the front porch to the beauty of Harveys Lake, and the surrounding mountains with her husband, Bill. She also found joy in watching her young grandsons play, and got a good laugh at their antics. Later in life, Ann often reminded her family that "if you want to get old, you better be tough." Ann certainly demonstrated strength during her elder years, and her family is grateful for all the time they shared with her.
In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her brothers: Joseph Martin and Bill Martin.
Surviving are her husband of 61 years, William R. Adams; daughter, Laura Adams of Kingston; son, Paul and Tiffany, of Doylestown; and grandsons: William and John Paul.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, Dec. 29, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Victory Church, 16 Second St., Harveys Lake.

Laura, your Mom was always a wonderfully perfect Lady, truly an inspiration. The last time I saw her, she was with your Dad and Paul at Grotto. Wonderful memories! I send sincere condolences, and will let Peggy know,
