Barbara Kruk Obituary
KINGTSTON — Barbara Kruk, of North Fort Meyers, Fla., and formerly of Wright Avenue, Kingston, passed away May 20, 2022. Born July 18, 1946, in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Julia Janick Bilski.
Barbara was a 1964 graduate of Marymount High School, Wilkes-Barre, and attended Luzerne County Community College.
She was employed for many years as the office manager for Dr. Dellahanti in the Wyoming Valley. Barbara enjoyed baking and interior decorating in her free time. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, in 1995.
Surviving is her partner, Don Stroud, North Fort Meyers, Fla., and formerly of Kingston; nieces, Jeanette Cregar of Walkersville, Md., and Aileen Smith of Virginia Beach, Va.; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at noon at the Jendrzejewski Funeral Home, 21 North Meade St., Wilkes-Barre. Reverend John S. Terry, Pastor of Our Lady of Hope parish, will be officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Maternity Cemetery, West Wyoming. Friends may call Saturday morning from 11 a.m. until the time of services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Cape Coral, Fla.; or The American Cancer Society.
