Bonnie (Chambers) Murdoch, 77, of Maryland, formerly of West Wyoming, passed away Thursday, Feb. 23, 2023, at Stella Maris Rehabilitation Center, Timonium, Maryland.
She was born in Kingston, daughter of the late Wendell G. and Evelyn S. (Snyder) Chambers. Bonnie graduated from Wyoming Memorial High School in 1963, and attended Wilkes-Barre Business School. She was employed for 35 years as a legal secretary and receptionist by Attorneys: Ivo V. Giannini, Barry Yelen, and David Lipka. She was a member of Wyoming Presbyterian Church and assisted the church as a financial secretary and treasurer.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 10 years, Clinton Murdoch.
Surviving are her sister and brother-in-law: Betsy C. and Thomas Giannini of Cockeysville, Maryland.
Friends may call Wednesday, March 1, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Metcalfe Shaver Kopcza Funeral Home, Inc., 504 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming. Following the viewing a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Dr. Martha Jordan officiating.
Interment will follow at Wyoming Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wyoming United Presbyterian Church, 25 Institute St., Wyoming, PA 18644, or donor's choice.
