Carlos Ruben Cedré Nazario, 62, of Scranton, died Dec. 5, 2025. He is survived by his wife, Janette Rosado Canales. A celebration of Carlos' life will be held at a later date in Puerto Rico. Arrangements are by Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home Inc., Old Forge.
