Where do I begin to say anything about someone I have known for 30yrs? To say that I will miss her doesn't even come close to explaining how I feel. Colleen's passing has left a huge hole in my life, my heart and my spirit.
I am so grateful that she called me before getting on the ship. We talked and laughed as usual. But little did I know that when we said goodbye that it would be for the last time.
Being with Colleen was always fun and going anywhere with Colleen was always and adventure! Whenever I got in a car with her I never knew where we would land or who we would meet! At times it seemed like she knew everybody!
She was truly one of a kind. And the best possible friend anyone could have. And I am proud to have said she was MY best friend. I feel blessed that she had been such a big part of my life.
I will miss her forever.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to all of Colleen's family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all.

"May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields,
And until we meet again,
May God hold you
In the palm of his hand."

The Casey family have been great neighbors and better friends. We grew up playing together and going to school together. When we see each other no matter where or when, we remind each other of the fun times we had. Colleen will be greatly missed. Anyone who passed her way, she had a way of bringing a ray of sunshine in their lives.

To the Casey Clan,
Colleen was a dear childhood friend with whom I shared many memories at St. Al's school, and growing up in the old neighborhood in South WB. Her friendly demeanor, and great smile was a blessing in any ones day who had the pleasure of meeting her. Although our chance encounters were few and far between, we ironically ran into each other as if by some strange twist of fate last week at Bart & Urby's. We reminisced for a good while, and it was as if no time had passed at all between us. Colleen had a special gift for making one feel as if they were special and important to her, and as many will attest, you always left her company with a smile on your face. We spoke of our moms and my dad's passing & she talked about her dad with a twinkle in her eye, and was eager to recall some stories we shared about our families through the years. Mr. Casey, Jimmy, Liam and Tommy and all of Colleens family and friends...Colleen was a great gift in many peoples lives, and she will be sadly missed.. God Bless you all during this difficult time.. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.
