Cynthia R. (Toole) Peters, 67, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025.
She was born in Wilkes-Barre on May 26, 1958. Cindy is the daughter of the late Joseph and Jean (Brace) Toole.
She was a graduate of Bishop O'Riley, Class of 1977. She was employed in the health care field until her retirement.
Preceding her in death were her infant son, Joseph, and infant daughter, Sarah; brothers, Larry and Dennis; and sisters, RuthAnn, Glovene, and Linda.
Surviving are her loving husband of 44 years, Douglas; loving son, Michael; brother, Clyde; and sister, Barbara.
Funeral services will be at the family's convenience.
