MOOSIC — David L. "Wink" Turner, 54, of Moosic, died March 23, 2019. Celebration of life will be 7 p.m. Thursday from the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home Inc., 517 N. Main St., Old Forge. Friends may pay their respects 4 p.m. until service time.
