LUZERNE — Helen Kascsak, of Luzerne, passed away Dec. 22, 2015, at Smith Health Care, Mountain Top, where she was a guest. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at the Lehman-Gregory Funeral Home, 281 Chapel St., Swoyersville. Friends may call 10 a.m. to service.
