I was very saddened to learn of my beloved Uncle John's passing. I have many wonderful memories of the summer visits at grandma's house when Uncle John would always have little surprises for my brother and I. He even gave up his room for us! He was kind, fun and thoughtful, and was the godfather to my daughter, Susan. He called my mom, his sister Anna, every week. I know he enjoyed going to casinos, so my mom and I joined him and his friend Theresa at a casino in the Poconos. That was a special time, as when Josephine and Bob brought Uncle John and Aunt Helen to visit. My heart goes out to Ed in his time of sorrow, but I know he is taking comfort in all the precious memories. May Uncle John rest in Heavenly Peace .. He was so loved and will be missed. Many prayers and Masses have been offered. With love, Maryann and Susie

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of grief. Uncle John was a great man and truly loved. We always enjoyed talking and visiting with him. My mom and he were not only brother and sister but also good friends to each other. May he rest in peace. We cannot attend his burial mass in W.B. but will have a mass said here in North Carolina for him which, of course, we will attend.
