In terms of love for family, country, church, and community Joe was the very best. As a friend, the same. There was no one I'd rather fight a fire with, build a set of steps with, or share a coffee with more than Joe. Thank you Joe, for all you've done for others over the years. Thank you for being my pal.
Deep peace to Fran, Mary Jo, and family.
