Nicolas Almonte Obituary
WILKES-BARRE — Nicolas James Peralta Almonte, 11 months, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Thursday, Aug. 3, 2017, at Alfred I. Dupont Hospital for Children, Wilmington, Del.
Nicolas was born in Wilkes-Barre on Sept. 6, 2016, and was the son of Nelson Peralta and Nelfi De Peralta Almonte.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters, Laysha D. Tavarez Almonte, Neshely M. Peralta Almonte and Juanny Peralta; grandparents, Mireya and Radame Tejada; an uncle, Carlos Rodriguez; aunts, Marlene Rodriguez and Jennifer Tejada; and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2017, at Kniffen O'Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services Inc., 465 S. Main St., Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Hanover Township. Family and friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
