Philip Nagle Obituary

TUNKHANNOCK — Philip Nagle, 75, died at his home Sunday morning, Dec. 8, 2013, after an illness.

He was born Dec. 2, 1938, in Nanticoke, a son of the late Theophilus and Susan (Carstairs) Nagle. Philip was a graduate of Nanticoke High School and the McCann School of Business.

He was self-employed as a public accountant and was a member of the Tunkhannock Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

He is survived by the former Esther Gordon, to whom he was married for 52 years. He is also survived by a sister, Margaret N. Jennings, Sellersville; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Our hearts are heavy with the passing of Uncle Phil. We will always remember his smile and caring eyes. You spent many years together and hopefully that is a small comfort to you.Our prayers are with you, Honey, and may God Bless you.
